Eligibility Information
- Remote employment or freelance contracts with clients/employers based outside Portugal.
- Minimum income of EUR 3,680/month (2026 figure — 4x the national minimum wage), demonstrated over the last 3 months.
- Proof of savings of at least EUR 11,040 (12x minimum wage), plus 50% for a spouse and 30% per child if applying with family.
- Proof of accommodation in Portugal.
- Clean criminal record.
